BACK-TO-ORDERING TIPS

 

o             Return your list to school or order online by the cut off date on the top of your booklist

 

o             If selecting delivery, it is best to choose a business address as all parcels need to be signed for. If no one is home at the time of delivery, you will need to collect your parcel from your nearest post office. Please also enter the name of business.

 

o             All orders for delivery must be pre-paid for

 

o             When ordering online, you are able to change the quantity of items that you would like to order by clicking in the white quantity boxes

 

o             If choosing delivery and you are going to be away on holidays, please enter an address of a relative, friend or workplace where someone will be around to collect it. The Post Office only holds unclaimed orders for approximately a week.

 

o             Participating in the Booklist Program helps contribute to your school community and ensures that you receive the correct items

 

o             If choosing self-service as an option, please be aware that the Back-to-School Shop gets very busy during the last 2 weeks of January. To avoid the queues, please come and visit us earlier in the school holidays or participate in the pre-packed booklist program.

 

o             All orders for delivery placed before the cut-off date will be delivered during the week on your school shop noted on the front of your form.

 

Return Policy: Any items for return must be in a re-sellable condition with proof of purchase. They must not be covered, marked or damaged. You are welcome to either bring the item into the store for a refund or post the item back. If posting, please make sure that you put your name and phone number inside the parcel so that we can contact you once we receive it.
